A 100 ways
to learn
www.toyblocks.org
Toy Blocks is a pre-school & activity hub that follows the ‘Reggio Emilia Philosophy’ which believes that children have a 100 different ways to learn. Keeping this as the premise of the branding exercise, a concept was developed that uses simple ‘blocks‘ to create illustrations and letters with multiple different combinations. The aim was to find a balance of childish playfulness & imagination while also suggesting the philosophy behind the schools curriculum. The geometric blocks are inspired by the schools architecture that also form a relation with the name itself — Toy Blocks. The secondary unit, made entirely with the dynamic block system, lends itself to form the brand’s visual language.
