A Global Typography Showcase
Fight for Kindness is a global showcase that returns for its 3rd edition to promote kindness through typography. Sponsored by the renowned type foundry Zetafonts and organized by its academic project TypeCampus, this award-winning non-profit initiative unites emerging and established talent who believe in the power of creativity to drive social change.
With over 500 submissions from 355 authors across 23 languages and scripts, 2024 marked the largest and most diverse response yet. The collection includes posters and messages from invited leading creatives such as Debbie Millman, Ariane Spanier, Héctor Auyso, Baugasm, Kiel DM, Simone Massoni, Kinda Ghannoum & Hala Al Afsaa from the Syrian Design Archive, Kateryna Korolevtseva and other influential names.
The campaign concludes with an annual publication – Now More Than Ever, and Global multi-city exhibitions. In 2024 there were a total of 12 exhibitions and digital showcases around the world in: Italy, Spain, Austria, Hungary, Bulgaria, Egypt, USA, and Indonesia. This annual features an exceptional collection of works from emerging and established talents. It shows how the third edition of the non-profit Fight for Kindness campaign brought together an extraordinary community of creators, with over 500 submissions from 355 participants across 23 languages and scripts. The book also includes four exclusive guest interviews and a typographic lookbook showcasing the fonts featured within its pages.

The graphics include designs for websites, social media, and print materials for the events.

Selected works were showcased in international exhibitions and design festivals like the Egypt Creative Industry Summit in Cairo, OFFF Vienna in Austria, Exp Exhibition in Indonesia Biennale Internationale Grafico in Milan, Why Festival in Florence, Graphic Days in Turin, Italy and the ADCE festival in Barcelona, Spain. Other venues include House of Lucie Art Gallery in Budapest, Hungary, Hoffmitz Milken Center for Typography in Pasadena, US, Ivan Vazov National Library in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, MasterD Turin Headquarter, Italy and an Immersive installation at The Gallery Santa Maria Novella in Florence, Italy by the studio Sale Grosso.
