A scandalising experience

In 2022, right when things were getting back to ‘normal’ after the pandemic, a severe back injury prompted me to navigate through challenging circumstances. In the course of the situation, I underwent a relatively costly MRI scan, yielding a collection of eerie digital images. Determined to derive meaning from my experience, I embarked on a project to encapsulate and reinterpret these images. The set of 4 posters highlight the 4 most dominant emotions I felt during the course of several months: Pain, Fear, Negativity and Isolation
